Yoga Holiday in Spain

Join us for a relaxing and inspiring week of yoga, mindfulness and community by the Mediterranean Sea.

We will practice morning yoga & meditation and enjoy a second practice in the late afternoon. You will have plenty of time to relax, swim, explore the surroundings or take a Spanish siesta by the beach. Whether you have never stepped on a yoga mat or you are an enlightened yogi we welcome you wholeheartedly!

Our mindful escapade takes place in a beautiful family home, in the town of L'Estartit, in Catalonia, Spain. The beach is only a walk away, there is a gorgeous view of the sea, a swimming pool and plenty of space to socialise or spend time by yourself.

The retreat will start with an evening welcome on Sunday the 28nd of June. Please arrive by Sunday afternoon at the latest so you have enough time to settle before the opening circle. The morning meditation and yoga classes will begin on Monday the 29rd of June. Our yoga holiday finishes on Saturday the 4th of July by midday.
