200hr HATHA VINYASA Certified
Pranaya Yoga Teacher Training - CANCELED

Chiang Mai, Thailand

 @ Wild Rose Yoga Studio

Due to the Covid crisis, we have decided to cancel our Yoga Teacher Training this summer. If you want to stay informed about future trainings including online trainings coming up, send us an email at pranayayoga@gmail.com.

Come and join us as we dive into the spirit of yoga during this empowering, experiential and integrative
5-week Yoga Teacher Training in Chiang Mai.

Let yourself be guided by our supportive community as you unveil the yoga teacher that already resides within you.

A comprehensive alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa style training with progressive teaching practice. Week by week you will learn new skills, integrate them in your practice and build up the confidence to uncover your unique offering as a teacher.

Our curriculum includes: Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Applied Anatomy, Safe Structural Alignment, Intelligent Sequencing, Hands on Adjustments, Yoga and Buddhist Philosophy, Bhakti Yoga, Voice Expression, Conscious Communication and Personal Development Skills.

We will begin our journey together in the heart of Chiang Mai's "old city" at Wild Rose Yoga studio and finish with an all inclusive 5-day residential stay at Mala Dhara, a beautiful retreat center in a traditional thai village surrounded by rice fields, salt water pool, mostly organic restaurant and nearby hot springs.
Here are 10 reasons for you to join our training:

Reason # 1: Our training is high quality. You will learn tons about yoga but also asana, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, alignment, etc. Our dedicated team has a lot of experience and a diverse skills-set.

Reason # 2: You will really learn how to teach. We practice teaching from the first week in a progressive way to make you feel at ease.

Reason # 3: You will deepen your own yoga practice, including asana, pranayama and meditation, in a safe and inspiring way.

Reason # 4: Because our training takes place in Chiang Mai, you have the freedom to stay where you want and to enjoy your own space and freedom in the evening and weekends.

Reason # 5: Our training is 4 weeks. This means that we have some time off which allows you to integrate the information and experience. A Yoga Teacher Training is intense and it is really important to take time to digest and rest.

Reason # 6: You will develop your own authentic teaching style. Our training blends Hatha and Vinyasa styles with a pinch of Yin yoga. Our team itself is composed of 4 different teachers with different styles and back-grounds.

Reason # 7: You will learn a lot about yourself and build your confidence as a teacher. We take time every week to reflect and share our internal journey, dive deep with personal development tools and learn about conscious communication.

Reason # 8: We take max 16 participants which means you will get loads of attention and guidance. This makes the training much more personal and intimate.

Reason # 9: Our training is affordable given the quality we offer. It is an investment in yourself which will remain with you for the rest of your life.

Reason # 10: You will have the skills sets and knowledge you need to Unveil the teacher within. We will help you build your confidence, embrace your fears and prepare you to go out into the world to offer your gifts.
