REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the tuition fee is due after we approved your application form to reserve your spot.
Late Registrations: If you are registering after the balance due date, the full tuition is due with your application to reserve your space.
- If you pay the Early Bird price, you should pay the remainder before 15 March 2017.
- If you pay the Standard price, you should pay the remainder 4 weeks before the start of the training.
If we do not receive payment in full by the applicable due date, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and the deposit will be forfeited.
If a participant withdraws from the program, the 50% Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If a participant withdraws more than 60 days before the start of the program, we will refund the tuition fee minus the non-refundable deposit and bank fees involved in the transactions.
If a participant withdraws between 60 days and 30 days before the start of the program, we will refund 50 % of the remaining tuition fee, minus the non-refundable deposit and bank fees involved in the transactions.
If a participant withdraws less than 30 days from the program's commencement, we will not be able to refund any of the costs involved, even in case of an emergency or unexpected event.
We recommend to all participants to take a travel insurance in case of an unexpected event or illness.
In the unlikely event the program is cancelled, full payments including deposit will be refunded.
Travel expenditures will not be reimbursed, and are considered each individual's own liability.
BANK TRANSACTION COSTS
Any transaction costs should be fully covered by the participant.
